Although our name would indicate that we are in the business of assessment, the truth is that the actual assessment is only a small part of the process.
Facilitation makes up the largest part of our work.
During this phase a highly skilled facilitator supports and guides you through
group workshops and/or one-on-one work.
This guidance will help you to explore and fully express the knowledge you have gained from your work and life experiences, especially significant work projects.
Often this will involve thinking about the organisational environment as well as the bigger political and social environments.
You are supported to organise your experience, knowledge and skills into an
integrated presentation for an assessor or assessment panel.
You will usually prepare an oral presentation backed up with written material. Your facilitator will advise you on collecting evidence that confirms your experience. This may include relevant attestations or testimonials.
We put you forward for assessment only when we agree that you are ready.
